Store Refund and Return Policies
TEXTBOOK REFUNDS
- You have until the Census Date to return books for a full refund on book purchases made before the Census Date.
- Books and digital materials purchased after the Census Date are non refundable.
- Dropping a class may remove access to that class' course materials on Moodle. You must request a refund through Wolfpack Outfitters. Refund requests must be submitted by the Census Date.
- Your student ID
- Your original receipt or online order confirmation number (no copies will be accepted)
- New textbooks and course packs must be in the same new condition as when purchased.
- No marks or highlights, bent corners, or scratches.
- Must be in the original shrink wrap (if applicable).
- Must include all supplemental materials (if applicable).
- Used books must be complete and intact.
No missing pages, water damage or excessively bent covers or pages. - Access codes must be unopened or in original unscratched condition and cannot be registered or activated.

GENERAL MERCHANDISE REFUNDS
- General store merchandise such as apparel, gift items and school supplies may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.
*Purchases made on or after 11/22/23 have an extended return period to 1/31/24.

- The value is determined by the current selling price at the time of the exchange.
GRADUATION REGALIA REFUNDS
- Regalia is non-refundable.
- Regalia (unopened or opened) can be exchanged for the correct size or if defective before Graduation date.
COMPUTERS, PERIPHERALS & SUPPLIES REFUNDS
All Technology Department returns must be approved and processed at the Tech Den counter on the lower level of Wolfpack Outfitters.
Computers
Laptop computers and tablets are not returnable.
We only sell custom configured systems and cannot accept returns for any reason other than defective merchandise.
Defective or DOA (dead on arrival) equipment can only be exchanged or refunded. Hardware issues warranting DOA status must be verifiable and replicable by our store support team. To qualify for DOA status the defective item must be confirmed:- within 15 days of the date of purchase and
- returned in original, new condition with all original packaging and
- with the original sales receipt.
All Hardware warranties are provided through equipment manufacturers.
All Other Computer Peripherals
Please make sure that you are purchasing the correct item for your needs.
- All sales are final unless in the original, unopened packaging.
- Defective earbuds, cables, and other peripherals, may be exchanged
- provided the defect can be replicated at the time of exchange
- within 30 days from the date of purchase and
- with the original sales receipt.

Mail-In Returns or Exchanges
- All of the above conditions apply.
- Include a copy of the printed receipt or fulfillment email and a note indicating return or exchange.
