and keep your hard drive. The Dell warranty is an onsite warranty which means that Dell will dispatch a technician to the Walk-In Center or your location. Apple computers only come with a one year warranty. Due to thin design of many Apple models an extended warranty
and accidental damage coverage is a smart decision for most students. Wolfpack Outfitters offers two extended coverage options for Apple computers. Warranty upgrades are point of purchase options that can be selected at time of sale.AppleCare+ plans extend coverage to three years and add two incidents of accidental damage coverage with an additional service fee ranging from $99 to $299 depending on the type of damage.Safeware plans extend coverage to three or four years, add accidental damage coverage and theft protection. Safeware doesn't have an accidental damage incident limit -
coverage is limited to the purchase price of your computer .
